Before joining MyGuiders.com, you should read and understand the following Terms and Conditions in full, and those Terms and Conditions will apply to you throughout the period of your service as a paid subscriber.

You are to complete the registration form below, before joining our online or physical classes and gaining access to the relevant study units.

An ‘Admission Fee’ will be charged accordingly, with separate fees for Mass Classes and Group Classes.

The online access given to you by the platform only authorizes a single user, meaning you are strictly instructed not to share with others. The password given exclusively to you by the platform must be securely used.

You are permitted to use the online access exclusively for educational purposes. Any other purpose other than the purpose you are given access to is strictly prohibited.

You must make the payments on a monthly basis for the class(es)/videos and educational resources of your choice. Once paid, the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Once you make the required payments you will be given access to the class(es)/videos and educational resources. For one class/video you have up to three (03) chances to access it.

You are aware that in case you encounter any technical failure arising out of a variety of reasons, it will be considered as one lost chance.

You are strongly prohibited to download, copy, alter and distort data, share with others the class(es)/videos.

All the class(es)/videos and other resources are copyrighted properties/contents of Sakya. Any violations will be treated as an offense penalizable under the Property Rights Act Article 36 of 2003.
